Student Ministries Administrative Assistant
(Part Time)
The Administrative Assistant provides support to the student minister by preparing ministry materials, including correspondence, promotions, brochures, research, and lessons. Responsibilities include attending meetings, maintaining databases, mailing lists, calendars, and attendance records, and communicating with parents, students, and ministry associates. Proficiency in Mac, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher), and internet navigation is required, while experience with Planning Center Online and Pro-Presenter is beneficial. Strong organizational, administrative, and general office skills, including bookkeeping, are essential.
Facilities/Landscaping

Facilities team member is primarily responsible for the general cleanliness, both interior and exterior, of Shelter Cove Community Church. This position also includes set-up/tear-down of various events and classes and maintenance duties.
