Administrative Assistant for Student Ministries

The Administrative Assistant for Student Ministries supports the Student Ministries Pastor by preparing materials such as correspondence, promotions, brochures, and lesson plans, maintaining databases, calendars, and attendance records, and assisting with event planning and execution. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to engage with parents, students, and ministry associates. Attendance at meetings and flexibility to adapt to ministry needs are essential, along with a commitment to the mission and values of the ministry.
