Executive Assistant

(Full Time)

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Qualifications for this position must include excellent verbal and written communication skills, professionalism, confidentiality, attention to detail and problem solving, organization and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Communications Administrative Assistant

(Part Time)

Administrative duties include clerical support to all areas related to the Communications Pastor. Some duties include: scheduling, coordination of meetings, bookkeeping for Communications department, assist in projects related to communications ministry, including video, social media, website, photography, print media, and more. 


(Part Time)

Facilities team member is primarily responsible for the general cleanliness, both interior and exterior, of Shelter Cove Community Church. This position also includes set-up/tear-down of various events and classes and maintenance duties.

Student Ministries



(Part Time)

Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to Student Ministries Pastors. Duties may include planning and execution of various student events, communication with students and parents, and performing various administrative jobs as needed by student ministries department.
