Culture has a way of defining us if we don’t diligently combat the seemingly innocent little things that pull us away from true Christianity. Growing in discernment is both a part of maturing in our walk with Jesus, and navigating life’s complexities. Today we’re praying for the Holy Spirit to help us discern the difference between right and wrong, truth and lies, wisdom and foolishness. Growing in our ability to discern what is good and right and pursue what is excellent in God’s eyes sets us apart from culture and draws us closer to God. |
